A junior company of excellence, at the heart of ESCP.
As an ESCP Business School Junior Enterprise, ESCP Junior Conseil combines academic excellence and professional commitment. Member of The National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE), we meet high standards of quality, ethics and performance.
Our team is made up of students from the various European campuses of ESCP, some of whom are following the Business Track : an academic course designed to allow students to be fully involved in professional, entrepreneurial or associative projects such as Junior-Entreprise. This unique structure allows us to combine reactivity, expertise and field vision, at the service of the problems of our customers.

Our entire team follows the Business Track, a ESCP's adapted academic path designed to promote engagement in professional projects such as Junior-Enterprise.
With three days of classes per week and two free days, this hybrid rhythm guarantees a high level of availability to carry out the missions. The program also integrates targeted lessons — data analysis, marketing, marketing, Excel, VBA, M&A — directly applicable to the problems encountered in the field.
This unique framework allows us to combine expertise, responsiveness and operational impact.
Our poles
Quality center
The quality division plays a central role in our operation, by guaranteeing theexcellence of our deliverables And the compliance with standards of the Junior-Entreprises movement. All documents sent to our customers are proofread and validated by a member of the division, who ensures that they are thorough both in terms of content and form. This constant requirement ensures the consistency, clarity and reliability of our productions.
In addition to customer missions, the Quality Department is also responsible for preparing our annual audit, carried out by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises (CNJE). This audit is a structuring moment for the Junior Enterprise, essential to its recognition, its continuous progress and its sustainability.
Business Development Center
The members of this cluster have the mission of develop the activity by ESCP Junior Conseil by identifying new mission opportunities. They carry out prospecting actions, ensure commercial follow-up and build customer loyalty. They also manage relationships with our professional partners: BCG, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Sia Partners and LCL.

Partnerships division
The partnerships division focuses on construction of institutional and associative collaborations in the long run. Its members develop links with schools, student networks and events to strengthen the visibility of Junior Enterprises and create synergies beyond the commercial framework.
Communication & IT department
This division is responsible forimage and reputation by ESCP Junior Conseil. The challenge is to create and animate a community around the Junior, whether through the management, on a daily basis, of social networks and press relations, and of the website. It also allows us to ensure the better working conditions guaranteeing the proper functioning of our equipment.
Event center
This division is responsible forAnimate life from ESCP Junior Conseil. This project has two dimensions: to promote our Junior within ESCP to attract the best profiles among us on the one hand, and create a true Esprit de Corps between our members in order to allow us to provide quality work through cohesion and mutual assistance between project managers.
